Juniper Square 3

VARS' newest project is Juniper Square 3. A brand new 2-storey, 12-suite building located at 1295 Gordon Road; on the same block as Juniper Square 1 and 2. Nestled in the northern tip of Valemount, this quiet neighbourhood continues to be a prime location for VARS.

Completing this project will offer current and future Valemount residents even more affordable housing choices.

Estimated Timeline

Conception - March 27, 2023

Construction - 2026

Completion - 2027

Site plans and layouts drafted by NOMODIC identify Juniper Square 3 site location, building concept and suite layouts.

VARS estimates construction beginning in 2026 after securing appropriate funding.

The estimated completion date of the new 12-suite building is 2027.
