It's Mental Health Week.

No matter who you are, where you come from, or your financial status, it's important to be aware that we are all just trying to find happiness in this world. Some struggle more than others. It's easy to judge, shame, and shun. It's hard to discuss, educate, and understand. Everyone has their own inner story, their own experiences, and their own battles.

This week, be mindful of your prejudices (every person has them) and try to view them from a different perspective.
